Please don't misuse it: no attacks, no attempts to break or overload it, no automated or fake sign-ups.
Our content
The text, design and the Phemous name belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and quote short parts of it with credit.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is. What you read here is general information, not professional advice for your situation.
